A prominent automotive company seeks an Operations Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves planning, developing, and improving operational processes for dealers, monitoring efficiency, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Project Management or Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Plan, develop, implement & improve operations process and guidelines to dealers.
Window person between dealer and GWM in terms of operations.
Ensure all dealers adhere to the operations process, guidelines and policies.
Monitor operation efficiency and productivity in terms of process, customer service, spare parts, technical and warranty.
Lead and guide dealer with the best practices and processes in order to meet the highest level of customers satisfaction.
Conduct audit and analyze dealer operations compliance for improvement action plans.
Prepare and conduct dealer operations meeting with dealer management on a monthly basis.
Develop improvement activity towards service efficiency & brand image for Aftersales.
Actively analyze current market situation and/or competitors’ activities, subsequently make effective proposal for action plans.
Conduct vendors/suppliers’ selection, proposal and evaluation for any Aftersales related activities.
Representative on new model launch for Aftersales by developing strategy, plan and assist on new model launch.
Prepare and analyze Aftersales dealers’ business performance report and propose area of improvement activities.
