We are looking for an experienced Senior Dealer, FX Swap & NDF to join RHB Bank Berhad. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing FX Swap and Non-Deliverable Forward (NDF) transactions, developing trading strategies, and supporting the Bank’s foreign exchange business. You will work closely with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to drive profitability while ensuring strong risk and regulatory discipline.

What you will be doing

• Execute FX Swap and NDF transactions in various currencies for the bank and its clients.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that impact currency markets.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize profitability and manage risk exposure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other trading desks to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and services.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving trading systems and processes.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in trading at a financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange markets, products, and risk management techniques.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of generating consistent profits while adhering to risk limits.
• Proficiency in financial trading systems and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages relevant to Asian markets is a plus.
