What You’ll Do:

Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle databases to ensure peak performance.

Partner with project teams to design and implement scalable, mission‑critical systems with optimized database architecture, performance, and SQL development.

Analyze and resolve application performance issues while coordinating with customers and teams.

Lead capacity planning, data archiving, and purging strategies to maintain database efficiency.

Provide technical leadership, manage tasks, and guide the Database Administration team to success.

What You’ll Bring:

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Oracle database administration or a related role.

Strong skills in Oracle RDBMS architecture, SQL/PLSQL optimization, and database troubleshooting.

Hands‑on experience with tools like AWR, SQL Reports, ASH Reports or equivalent.

Proven ability to design scalable database systems and implement capacity planning, archiving, and purging strategies.

Willingness to travel as needed.
