Job Scope

Coordination and preparation of design concept, proposal to clients per client’s request.

Liaison with suppliers/vendors for quotes and quality of finishes, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, construction drawings, assistance with tender and site observation.

• Handle projects independently from design conceptualization/development through completion.
• Elevate design standards and provide design quality control.
• Liaise with contractors on design costing and details.
• Obtain sign‑off for all drawings and finishes.

Job Requirement

Diploma or degree in Interior Architecture & Design. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in interior design. Proven creative flair, strong color sense and design documentation. Excellent space planning skills, good communication and design presentation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint and 3D software. A good team player, self‑motivated, positive working attitude, initiative, committed, and willing to learn. Good interpersonal skills. Well versed in AutoCAD and Photoshop. Knowledge and experience in handling tender/construction drawing packages and interior detailing in AutoCAD for commercial offices. Hardworking and responsible.
