We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead and execute creative design across branding, marketing, packaging, and promotional materials for multiple brands. This role manages the full creative process from concept to production-ready artwork, ensuring visual consistency, print accuracy, and alignment with brand and business objectives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee creative design execution across marketing, branding, packaging, and promotional projects for multiple brands
- Drive end-to-end creative development from concept direction to final, production-ready artwork, ensuring quality and consistency
- Provide creative leadership in packaging design and print production, including artwork accuracy, specifications, and finishing standards
- Act as a key design decision-maker to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives
- Review, guide, and ensure quality control of creative outputs before production or release
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure output quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Contribute strategic creative input and continuously improve visual standards across brands
- Support team collaboration by providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction where needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art & Design, or equivalent
- 4–6 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Hands‑on experience in packaging design and print production is mandatory
- Experience in Wellness, F&B, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries is an advantage
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour management (CMYK, Pantone), and print specifications
- Able to prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for digital and print
- Familiar with packaging layouts, deadlines, materials, and finishing processes
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi‑brand environment
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
- Basic motion graphics, video editing, or photography skills are an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for final creative output
- Comfortable handling tight timelines, revisions, and fast decision‑making
- Able to provide constructive feedback and creative guidance to junior team members
- Flexible and solution‑oriented when adapting designs to business, cost, or operational constraints
- Willing to support a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment
