Qualifications

• 5+ years in Costing/Management Accounting (for Accountant position).
• 3-5 years in a similar manufacturing environment (for Senior Exec position).
• Strong Accounting mindset (not Engineering-based costing).

Responsibilities

• Own and update accurate standard costs and lead the Inventory Module within the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis on Contribution Margins and Inventory Valuation.
• Ensure compliance of all inventory accounts with GAAP/IFRS.
• Monitor and analyze monthly Material, Labor, and Overhead variances.
• Perform reconciliations between ERP records and physical stock.

Job Title: Costing Accountant / Senior Costing Executive (Manufacturing / ERP)

We are currently seeking two (2) dynamic, detail-oriented finance professionals with a strong Accounting background to join our Costing Department. These roles are critical in maintaining the financial integrity of our inventory valuation and production costs.

[POSITION 1] COSTING ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Expert: Own and update accurate standard costs and lead the Inventory Module within the ERP system.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly/quarterly analysis on Contribution Margins and Inventory Valuation to the Board and Lenders.

Audit & Compliance: Ensure all inventory accounts comply with GAAP/IFRS and lead all audit responses regarding costing.

Operational Partner: Collaborate with operations leadership to drive improvements in budgeting and analysis.

Strategic Projects: Lead ad-hoc projects to assist management in understanding business performance.

[POSITION 2] SENIOR COSTING EXECUTIVE

Focus: Data Integrity, Variance Analysis & Operational Support

Key Responsibilities:

Variance Analysis: Monitor and analyze monthly Material, Labor, and Overhead variances.

Cost Maintenance: Assist in updating standard costs and ensuring the accuracy of the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Inventory Control: Perform reconciliations between ERP records and physical stock; manage inventory reserve policies.

Production Support: Work closely with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure accurate material consumption records.

Audit Support: Prepare detailed schedules and documentation for internal and external audit purposes.

Requirements (Apply for either level):

Education: Minimum Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).

Experience: * Accountant: 5+ years in Costing/Management Accounting.

Senior Exec: 3-5 years in a similar manufacturing environment.

Background: Must have a strong Accounting mindset (not Engineering-based costing).

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Soft Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
