A leading provider in power infrastructure is seeking a Contract & Commercial Manager for Transmission & Distribution projects in Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage all contractual and financial aspects while ensuring compliance and risk management. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects align with company objectives. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 5–8 years of experience in commercial management, demonstrating strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in contract and commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial practices and standard contract forms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer contracts for T&D projects.
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and financial risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare contract and commercial reports for management.
