Job summary

A leading construction company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage tenders, contracts, and project costings. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with 4-6 years of experience in contract administration. Strong negotiation skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential, as well as familiarity with construction contracts and measurement software. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and review tenders, contracts, and costings for projects.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Oversee progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
  • Monitor and control project costs to meet budget targets.
  • Supervise and guide junior contract staff.

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (PAM, FIDIC, JCT, etc) is a plus.
  • Familiar with construction/measurement software (Glodon, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills (to secure payments/certifications).
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Immediate Joiner is preferred.
