A leading recruitment platform is looking for a candidate to assist in contract management and oversee cost-related matters for tenders. The role involves handling contractual matters, preparing site valuations, and assisting with tender pricing and documents. Ideal candidates should possess a Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent, with up to 3 years of experience in construction, preferably with main contractors on high-rise buildings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD is essential.
Assist in contract manager to execute & oversee in cost & contract related matter for tender.
Handling pre and post contractual matters.
Proficient in taking off quantities.
Assist in tender pricing & documents related.
Site valuation and project claim preparation related.
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Fresh graduate to 3 year(s) of working of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with experience in Main Contractor and high rise building construction.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and Gloden software(TAS,TRB).
