• To obtain with local authorities’ approval plan
• Liaise with clients and relevant professionals (ie architects, consultants)
• Monitor and inspect works undertaken by contractors
• Administer contracts related to structure & infra works
• To attend site meeting, site visit, inspections & client consultant meetings
• Preparing related documentations for submission to authorities’
