Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or related fields.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to outstation for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quantity Surveyor and Contract Executive.
• Review main contract and sub-contract documents for tenders.
• Provide guidance on negotiation of prices and contracts.
• Prepare monthly valuations, estimates, and cost control.
• Review tendering, evaluation, and analysis of tender reports.
• Attend meetings to review planning, progress, and costs.
