Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Be a source of expertise in Global Sourcing and Procurement processes.

  • Design or improve processes working closely with other functions and Procurement stakeholders to come to the best solutions.

  • Lead small-medium negotiations and sourcing projects.

  • Develop and deliver analytics to the Global Commodity Managers and Procurement management.

  • Monitor market trends and assess potential risks and opportunities.

  • Create and finalize NDA’s and other contracts with suppliers.

  • Create and lead eSourcing events including set-up and supplier communication on behalf of the Global Direct Procurement Team.

  • Investigate and resolve issues effectively to sustain Global Sourcing and Procurement operational excellence.

  • Participate in and support audits as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree

  • >4 years in Procurement, Operations Strategy, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience in supply chain functions such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, etc.

  • Ability to manage several projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to deliver strong guidance and messaging to both peers and leaders.
    Ability to work independently, and a proactive approach is essential.

  • Strategic business-acumen and ability to see the big picture.

  • Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
    Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distill and draw conclusions on large amounts of disparate data.
    Knowledge and experience with Procurement applications (e.g., Oracle, e-RFx, e-Auction, Ariba, P2P).
