As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be:

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery, from initial discovery through development and post‑go‑live support for large‑scale initiatives

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis within technical environment in complex, multi‑team, and regulated settings.
• Solid understanding of non‑functional requirements such as performance, resilience, security, and observability.
• Proven experience in hands‑on technical analysis/development involving APIs, microservices, and application/system integration programs
• Proficiency in creating UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system context maps
• At least 2+ years' experience working in an Agile environment.

Technical Requirements (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of BPMN and DMN is an added advantage
• Prior experience in coding or software development
• Exposure to change management practices is beneficial
