• Experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in fintech or financial technology-related environments.
• Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is required for stakeholder or vendor communication.
• Comfortable reading and understanding REST/JSON APIs or gRPC/Protobuf documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to identify pain points and business needs.
• Translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Maintain and manage the requirements backlog in Jira.
• Define UAT test cases and conduct user acceptance testing sessions.
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date and is comprehensive.
