Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Write clear and comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to guide development teams.
  • Apply functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in retail customer leads and service requests.
  • Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of business requirements.
  • Ensure specifications from multiple systems and interfaces are aligned for seamless system integration.
  • Manage and prioritize JIRA tickets, assigning them to the right teams based on priority and complexity.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives.
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and detailed FSDs.
  • Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM functional knowledge.
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and system integration.
  • Solid experience with JIRA triage and ticket management.
