Key Responsibilities

1.BusinessRequirements&Analysis

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs
• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, use cases)
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications to align with IT solutions

2.ProcessEnhancement

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Recommend enhancements to systems, tools, and workflows for better efficiency and results
• Assist in executing and tracking the success of process improvement initiatives

3.ProjectCoordination&Delivery

• Support day-to-day project execution, including timeline management, risk mitigation, and task prioritization
• Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with maintaining essential project documentation such as status reports and meeting notes

4.StakeholderEngagement&TeamCollaboration

• Serve as the key liaison between business users and technical teams
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure requirements are fully understood and executed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or at least 2 years in a project management role
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the gaming industry or a similar tech-driven environment is an added advantage
