Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Support the Brand Manager in achieving the brand and business objectives for assigned brands by contributing to the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Collaborate with Media and PR Agencies to create integrated media and PR strategies aimed at enhancing brand desirability, supporting product launches, and driving overall brand development.
  • Brand Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, and brand recall for both PR and digital campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and optimize results.
  • Brand Management: Work closely with retailers to consolidate brand mechanics, ensuring alignment and effective implementation across various sales channels.
  • Trade Marketing, BTL: Promotion & Animation: Execute BTL promotions across Dept Stores, Sephora and Perfumery and Ecommerce channels for in-store, omni excellence.
  • Trade Marketing, BTL: Promotion & Animation: Develop exclusive offerings and promotions tailored to various customers/channels and end consumers.
  • Trade Marketing, BTL: Promotion & Animation: Coordinate the execution of product animations and podium displays in collaboration with Key Accounts, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations. Oversee the development and execution of brand-building and sales-driving events that reflect the brand’s heritage, image, and expertise.
  • Trade Marketing, BTL: Promotion & Animation: Assist the Brand and Retail Operations teams in monthly sales planning and activation initiatives designed to drive results, overcome challenges, and manage risks effectively.
  • Trade Marketing, BTL: Promotion & Animation: Works hand-in-hand with the Visual Merchandising and Retail Operation team with regarding to implementing product staging, development of visuals and other POS materials, promotions, training of Beauty Advisors, and customer journey.
  • Reporting & Others: Research and track competitors’ marketing activities periodically and collect market data and insights to analyse brand’s competitive performance and future plans.
  • Reporting & Others: Manage and coordinate the deployment of brand assets that support the annual plan activation together with external agencies.
  • Reporting & Others: Maintain the full spectrum of marketing expenses including document issuance, record maintenance and monthly tracking.
