  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all stores.
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Handle marketing and branding preparations for new store openings.
  • Support in drafting copy for social media and marketing messages.

Senior Brand Executive

As Senior Brand Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the overall brand and marketing activities – from campaign planning to store visuals, social media content, and supplier collaborations.

You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager and design team to execute ideas that connect our brand with the community and bring the Eco Mart experience to life.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Coordination
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all stores and materials.
  • Coordinate production of marketing visuals, signage, and in-store communication.
  • Support creative team with design briefs, approvals, and artwork preparation.
Campaigns & Promotions
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and supplier collaborations.
  • Coordinate promo materials, social media assets, and store displays.
  • Compile campaign reports and visual recaps.
Store Launch Support
  • Handle marketing and branding preparations for new store openings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for signage and on-site branding setup.
Content & Communication
  • Support in drafting copy for social media, posters, and marketing messages.
  • Work with photography/video teams on campaign visuals.
Administration & Coordination
  • Manage artwork timelines, vendor quotations, and delivery schedules.
  • Support budget tracking and invoicing processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, retail, or FMCG.
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, and social media tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with convenience retail or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic design ability (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
