Job description

Partner with both MY and US IT Information Security team to automate backend operation tasks and activities, identify opportunities in existing IT processes that could be made more efficient or effective through automation and develop program application or by utilizing generative AI agent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions/applications to streamline Dexcom Information Security operation and monitoring for Security Engineering critical services.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate security tools and processes into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Automation and scripting for automating various security tasks to reduce manual routine security operation and reduce likelihood of manual human error.
• Monitoring on critical services through Datadog.
• Compliance and reporting for InfoSec KPI and security metrics through dashboard such as PowerBI.
• Create and maintain documentation for security automation processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent applicable experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Well versed in programming language such as Python, C++, or similar.
• Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, PHP, Perl, or similar.
• Experience in REST API.
• Experience in Generative AI Agent such as Copilot studio.
• Experience in PowerBI or other similar dashboard system for KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Good understanding in general IT/Cloud security and automation.
