Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
• Document the execution of audit procedures as defined by engagement objectives.
• Recognize potential audit issues from analysis of financial statements.
• Contribute ideas to the assurance teams and respond to team members' views.
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the audit client's environment.
• Work effectively as a team member, maintaining communication with senior team members.

Job description

1. Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
2. Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, audit client's engagement history, and planned audit approach.
3. Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team.
4. Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams and listen/respond to other assurance team members' views
5. Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the audit client's environment.
6. Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

1. A diploma or degree in Accountancy/ Business related / Professional qualifications e.g. ACCA, CPA & LCCI
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
