Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate in our Finance Transformation team, you will deliver finance transformation and accounting-related advisory services, focusing on process improvement, governance, and technology enablement through EPM, ERP, and other digital finance platforms. You will help clients redesign finance processes, strengthen controls, and improve reporting frameworks to drive efficiency and compliance.

  • Support finance transformation projects, including process optimization and governance design.
  • Provide accounting and reporting advisory for budgeting, consolidation, and financial close, including support for public sector accounting under MPSAS.
  • Assist in design and implementation of technology solutions for accounting and reporting purposes, including Chart of Accounts (COA) design and reporting structures.
  • Work across core finance process areas such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Fixed Asset Management, Treasury & Cash Management, Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting, and Financial Controls & Governance.
  • Manage projects and deliverables independently to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
Job Requirements
  • Strong accounting background with solid understanding of financial statements and reporting.
  • 5–6 years of experience in finance operations and/or transformation projects.
  • Exposure to ERP/EPM systems and other finance technology platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
