• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IP-related agreements, clauses, and corporate commercial contracts.
• Advise on intellectual property protection, licensing, assignment, and enforcement strategies.
• Provide strategic input on corporate and IP transactions, including due diligence and structuring.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.
• Support the team on corporate advisory matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and compliance.
• Engage in high-level strategic discussions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
