Senior / Assistant HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are seeking a Senior or Assistant HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR lead for our regional operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR matters across the region, partnering closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for business leaders and employees within the region.
  • Lead and implement HR strategies that support regional business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and Er compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Identify HR needs and recommend initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams (Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and other HR issues in line with labor regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and regional trends to inform strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
