Responsibilities

• Monitor substations and record meter readings.
• Perform preventive maintenance for utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical installations and machine breakdowns.
• Plan weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Supervise contractors and subordinates during projects.
• Train new subordinates on servicing and maintenance.
• Assist in planning and designing new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and ISO standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

• To do daily monitoring for all substation and record meter reading. To inspect all electrical installation and make sure all in good condition and safe to used.
• Carry out PM for utilities equipment plant wide. Troubleshooting all electrical installation if any problem occurred.
• To support technician to solve & troubleshoot any machine or equipment breakdown in a minimum time to reduce long downtime period.
• To plan job for weekly and monthly maintenance schedule for subordinates for all equipment plant wide. Provide all type of data to executive / engineer for the purpose of reporting and improvement activity.
• Supervising contractors when a project is carried out in the plant Supervising subordinated when they carry out their daily works
• To explain and train new subordinates for regular servicing, preventive maintenance for all machine.
• To explain and train new subordinates from time to time to enhance their technical skills an motivating them to excel better
• To assist superior in planning and design for new equipment, project or installation.
• To ensure all subordinates follow strict guidelines of the company in discipline, ISO, quality, OSHAS, 5S and etc.
