Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Experience in BACKEND MANUFACTURING is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment.
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
