We are working with multiple architectural consultancies to look for experienced project architects to join their organization. We have a variety of clients which specializes in different types of projects such as data centres, high rises and commercial projects.

about the job

• Involve in architectural designs and develop concepts within the company
• Manage design and production processes for the company as well as with the clients
• A thorough understanding of the full architecture process, including design, tender, construction contracts etc.
• Use your understanding of authority requirements to create the necessary documentation for obtaining permit approvals (such as KM submission, BP submission, etc)
• Provide mentorship and guidance to employees on the project team, helping them with any project-related inquiries as needed

Skills & experience required

• Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in Architecture, with a portfolio of high-end residential and mixed development projects.
• Part 2 or Part 3 Architects are preferred.
• Software knowledge (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit) is necessary.
