Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update bank transactions daily in accounting systems.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies with customers.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Maintain records and enter journal entries.

Skills

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Fluent in Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

Knowledge of accounts receivable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
