Responsibilities
  • Own, plan and manage (end-to‑one) platform / brand Campaigns which includes post Campaigns analysis
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues
  • Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement
  • Manage and coordinate cross‑functional campaign projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, product, and operational teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Be the expert by understanding key functional and non‑functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective
  • Ability to understand the end‑to‑end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer’s experience
  • Analyze on‑going campaigns which includes performance tracking and accurate data gathering and translate them into insights & recommendations
  • Assess campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in campaign management or project management preferably in a B2B e-commerce or tech environment.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data‑driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment, and comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously.
