A pet food trading company in Selangor is seeking an Administrator Executive to manage daily activities and support office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and be fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin. The role requires a minimum diploma and the ability to travel as needed. Candidates with experience in dynamic environments and participating in events are encouraged to apply.
5 days a week (Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm)

Managing daily activities, from monitoring calendar to performing administrative duties, as well as managing general office operations, coordinating with other departments in the company and to support any company events whenever is needed.
Organizational and Execution Skills: Mainly office stuff. Highly responsive and accessible via mobile phone and email to handle urgent requests, including out of hours flexibility in order to manage activities across time zones.
Communication Skills: You will need to be able to listen and communicate effectively in Malay, English and especially Mandarin. Chinese speaking candidates will be highly preferable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google tools and other administration related applications.
