Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Verify the accuracy of back charges, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation for payment approvals.
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve billing discrepancies, payment, or pricing issues.
  • Process payments for staff claims, rental, and utilities.
  • Verify documentation for foreign worker payments before releasing funds.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
