Job summary

A property development firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified finance/accounting professional to support financial closing and reporting. The candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the property development sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intsoft accounting software is essential. Immediate availability is preferred. This role includes managing day-to-day account operations and liaising with external auditors and agents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting, preferably in property development industry.
• Immediate availability to start work or within a short period is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing and reporting.
• Handle full accounting and ensure timely preparation of financial reports and related schedules.
• Manage day-to-day account operations like processing transactions and updating ledgers.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external practices.
