Job description

Our Group is involved in the property investment business & agriculture, including farming, processing factories, and trading.

In the Property Investment sector, we focus on the management of leasing units for rental income collection.

In the Agriculture Sector, our operations cover the complete value chain — including the leasing and sub-leasing of agricultural land, land legalisation activities, farming, processing (through factory operations), and domestic and international trading.

The general job functions are:
  • Handle a full set of accounts for the Group and generate regular financial reports for management review.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain & update day-to-day accounting-related worksheets and records.
  • Manage cashflow projections, ensure healthy cashflow to support the ongoing operations of the entities within the Group.
  • Manage AP & AR to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and record keeping.
  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with tax agents and other external parties on tax-related matters.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to assist in decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and superiors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting & corporate tax laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and UBS/SQL Accounting software
  • Preferred has E-Invoicing experience
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to travel interstate when required (day trip)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and coordinate with other departments
