Qualifications & experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or relevant Professional Accounting Qualifications.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, capable of conducting in-depth research and data analysis to resolve complex issues.
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Handle a portfolio of accounting clients, reporting directly to Account Managers.
  • Handle client’s month-end close processes, including data entry and reconciliation of accounting transaction, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions to ensure accuracy of accounting information and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Hands on involvement on day-to-day’s client finance operations, work-flows and processes.
  • Handle various accounting systems and applications (Xero, Dext, ApprovalMax etc) and provide feedback for system improvements.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are in place.
  • Collaborate closely with the client and Manager in-charge on budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts, making recommendations based on data analysis, trend identification, and variance supervision.
  • Preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and provide insights on the financial performance of the company and the group, presenting findings to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with GST tax regulations and others.
  • Provide service support and coordinate annual statutory audits with external auditors.
  • Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions as needed, contributing to ongoing process improvements and efficiency.
