Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling a full set of accounts, financial audit roles, or a similar role.
Professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Knowledge of spreadsheet and computerized accounting systems/software and financial analysis tools
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales Department, Plant Operations, and Back-Office functions within the consumer packaging/manufacturing sector.
Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and prepare monthly management accounts.
Support statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and internal financial policies.
Assist with margin analysis and cost reviews.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and participate in special projects as assigned.
