Responsibilities
  • Accounting & Finance (Senior Level)
    • Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL) independently.
    • Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
    • Manage manufacturing accounting, including costing, inventory control, stock valuation, and production cost analysis.
    • Monitor bank reconciliation, payment schedule, and overall cash flow.
    • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and related government agencies.
    • Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
  • E-Invoice & Compliance
    • Manage and ensure timely submission of LHDN E-Invoice.
    • Maintain compliance with latest SST, tax and statutory regulations.
    • Prepare documentation needed for government filings.
  • Payroll & Salary Administration
    • Handle monthly payroll, allowances, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB).
    • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and salary adjustments.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payslip issuance.
  • Management & Coordination
    • Supervise and guide junior accounts/admin team.
    • Plan, coordinate and improve accounting workflow and reporting structure.
    • Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Documentation & Office Support
    • Ensure proper filing of accounting and financial records.
    • Work closely with operation, sales, production and other internal departments.
