Job description

Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.

Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, LHDN, customs, EPF, SOSCO and relevant authorities.

To lead a team of two for full sets of accounts.

Ensure compliance of e-invoicing platforms, ensuring accurate data upload and synchronization with tax authorities' platforms where applicable.

Job Requirements

Possess at least Higher Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Professional qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent is an advantage.

At least 3 years working experience in related field, knowledge and experience in accounting/auditing.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Possess own transport.
