Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.

Monitor project costing, revenue recognition, and financial performance of software development projects.

Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the company.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax requirements (direct & indirect) and statutory filings.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.

Implement and improve internal accounting processes and financial controls.

Support management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.

Maintain accurate and timely financial records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.

Experience in a software development, IT services, or technology-based company is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation, and SST.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an added advantage.
