- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supervise and guide Account Executives in daily sales activities.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to meet client requirements.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and promotional activities to expand market reach.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Represent the hotel at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
