Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; experience in semiconductor Backend is a plus.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
• Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out setup, handler conversion, repair, and maintenance for test equipment.
• Support Maintenance Engineers in improvement projects for performance enhancement.
• Provide feedback and analyze test hardware weaknesses.
• Participate in 5S activities and comply with safety SOPs.
