Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for SME trade finance and working capital loans (e.g., import/export loans, borrowing base finance, receivables finance).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design product structures including pricing, eligibility criteria and risk parameters.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, operations and technology teams to commercialize new products.
• Support structuring of complex trade finance transactions and monitor product performance.
• Drive adoption and ensure scalability, resiliency and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SME lending or trade finance product management.
• Strong understanding of structured lending products and transaction banking.
• Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven product optimization.
