As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee daily security operations, guide your team, and ensure a safe and well-managed environment across our factory premises. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, good judgment, and a passion for maintaining safety standards.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise security guards and sweeper operators.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure strong performance.

Safety & Security Operations

• Oversee patrols, surveillance, access control, and alarm responses.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor traffic flow and ensure smooth daily operations.

Incident Handling & Reporting

• Lead emergency response efforts.
• Investigate security incidents or policy violations.
• Prepare daily reports, logs, and documentation.

Compliance & Maintenance

• Ensure all security staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain security equipment, fire‑fighting tools, and access systems.
• Oversee cleanliness of factory premises, waste management, and pest control when required.

🎯Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in security (supervisory experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Confident leadership qualities and the ability to stay calm under pressure
