Role Overview

The role is responsible for overseeing physical security design and the installation of security features and systems including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Camera Surveillance, Passive and Active Barriers, and other security features and capabilities consistent with Micron Global Security organization standards. This role will perform security program management in support of new security projects, building expansions, and special security programs and projects throughout Malaysa. The role will involve some travel for fact finding, project milestones, and hand-off of completed projects to local security operations teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field (preferred).
• Open for fresh graduate or candidate with less than 2 years of experience in security operations, preferably in corporate, environment.
• Knowledge of Malaysian security laws, emergency response procedures, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Physically fit and able to work on shifts if required.
