• Understanding of authentication technologies such as multifactor and certificate-based authentication.
• Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute incident management, change management, and problem resolution for IAM.
• Monitor IAM systems performance and perform regular maintenance.
• Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
• Provide technical support for identity services.
