Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Security Operation Manager to lead and oversee our company’s security operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of security policies, managing security teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and law enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all security operations across assigned sites.
• Develop and implement strategic security plans, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate site security performance, reports, and incident management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of security supervisors and guards.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments regularly.
• Liaise with clients, government bodies, and enforcement agencies (PDRM, RELA, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a senior security management position.
• Preferably ex-Police / ex-Army officer with proven leadership and operational experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Salary

RM3,000 – RM3,800 per month (depending on experience)
