If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well‑being of others, we invite you to apply for this important role in our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and other public spaces to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  • Provide assistance and information to guests and staff, ensuring a friendly and helpful presence while maintaining security protocols.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents and emergency situations, including medical emergencies, disturbances, thefts, and fire alarms.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to keep a watchful eye on the premises and promptly respond to any suspicious activities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of security‑related incidents, observations, and activities, and prepare reports for management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, providing support and information as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Basic security training and certifications are advantageous; First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively during emergencies.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as the ability to handle potentially physically demanding situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operation schedule.
