What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Managing and leading a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures to mitigate potential threats
• Liaising with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate response plans
