Job description

Responsibilities

1. Assist in ensuring all employees enforce the company rules and regulations.
2. Assist in ensuring workplace discipline and the right attitude has been followed.
3. Assist in ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of checking and control at the checkpoint, main gate, and company hostel.
4. Conduct patrolling and inspection of the surrounding plant area and hostel.
5. Assist in ensuring a proper update of security reports.
6. Confirm the identity of vendors/contractors/visitors.
7. Monitor the coming and going at the main gate/checkpoint.
8. Issue passes to vendors/contractors and inform responsible persons to accompany them for the purpose of visiting.
9. Perform random checks on staff after office hours.
10. Ensure personal take‑out belongings are placed into the tray provided before scanning.
11. Screen staff at the checkpoint area.
12. Carry out proper checking on the Property Gate Pass for items taken out of the company premises.
13. Perform any appropriate job task given by the superior/Head of Department.
