Qualifications

• Applicable to Malaysian citizens only.
• Ex-Police or current Auxiliary Police are encouraged to apply.
• Male: Minimum height 165 cm and weight 50 kg.
• Female: Minimum height 157 cm and weight 48 kg.
• BMI between 19 to 29.
• No criminal record, drug abuse or any offences affecting employment.
• Must pass urine screening by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM).
• Own transport and valid B2 motorcycle driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated RTS Link areas to deter crime.
• Respond to emergencies per SOPs.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are safe.
• Conduct surveillance and monitoring via CCTV.
• Manage public safety issues and handle conflicts.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for investigations.

Job description

We are seeking committed and vigilant individuals to join MRT Corp as Security Enforcement Officers under the RTS Link in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining safety, preventing crime, and responding to emergencies. You will also support coordination with enforcement agencies and uphold MRT Corp’s commitment to public security.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated RTS Link areas to deter crime and maintain a strong security presence
• Respond to emergencies such as accidents, fires, and security threats in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe and in working condition
• Conduct surveillance and monitoring via CCTV and physical rounds on a 24-hour basis
• Manage public safety issues, handle conflicts, and support emergency risk responses
• Liaise with enforcement and emergency agencies including PDRM, AKPS, JIM, JKDM, KKM, AADK, CGSO, BOMBA, and medical services
• Prepare clear and detailed incident reports for investigations or prosecutions
