Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuching for a Secretary to the Chief Executive Officer. The role involves managing the CEO's schedule, organizing meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and supporting the CEO in daily administrative tasks. The Secretary will act as a liaison, ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and other stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Strong Clerical Skills and expertise in handling documentation and organization.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written correspondence, and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or corporate setting
  • Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar executive level support role
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
