Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or other similar qualification and above
- Preferable with 1 year of experience in accounting field
- MS office skills required
- Agile and flexible
- An eye for detail and be highly organized
- Ability to prioritize work and to multitask
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Malay, proficiency in mandarin would be a plus due to nature of existing client
- Basic IT knowledge and technique on Microsoft Office
- Good communication capabilities, ability to convey ideas to anyone in company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Cooperative team player, yet able to work independently and systematically, taking initiative and responsibility
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skill.
Responsibility
- Assisting Company Secretary as official liaison party for our clients (Sdn Bhd) to communicate, preparation and submission of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) in compliance with Statutory Requirements
- Assisting Company Secretary to provide general advisory services on company secretarial matters to our clients (Sdn Bhd)
- Performing general administrative works such as monitoring admin email, attend internal meeting, perform filing management and ensure that all the secretarial records are properly maintained
- Directly Provide job training to internal intern on company secretarial matters
- Other administration duties defined by superiors
